We've expanded our manufacturing
facility for the second time in just a few
years, this time by 36,000 square feet.
This expansion is driven by increasing
demand by both existing and new customers.
The additional space allows better
material handling practices, creates room
for more draw and stamping presses,
allows for expansion of our welding
space, and makes room for new metal
working/cutting operations. |

Trace-A-Matic is a CNC Machine Shop with over 40 CNC Machine Tools. CNC Machining capabilities range from small CNC Vertical Machining Centers to large CNC Horizontal Machining Centers with up to 20 feet in the X-Axis. CNC Turning ranges from small CNC Turning Centers to our large CNC Mazak with a 34" swing and 156" between centers.
In terms of Vertical CNC Turning, Trace-A-Matic equipment ranges from Twin-Spindles with 24" swing to several Turning Machines with 90" swing and 60" under column. |

American Friction Welding is a unique Welding Job Shop that specializes in friction welding (or inertia welding). Friction Welding is a welding process that joins two similar or dissimilar metals by applying both rotational force and hydraulic pressure. American Friction Welding is one of only a handful of North American companies that provides friction welding services. AFW has over 12 friction weld machines, which range from 4 ton to 125 tons, to serve their diverse customer base.

Cutting Edge Fabrication is a Metal Fabrication Company that specializes in welding of medium and large structural steel components. In addition, CE Fabrication has several burn tables and a 5-axis laser for laser cutting.
D&H Industries works extensively with Cutting Edge to provide lower volume metal stamping, production saw cutting, welding to assembly, laser cutting and press brake operations. |
