Progressive Stampings
For stamping medium to long run parts, the ideal metal stamping approach is to produce the parts as progressive stampings. Progressive Stamping is a method of precision metal forming that produces an exacting metal component at an economical unit price.
Our Press Room has presses ranging from 32 ton to 800 ton capable of producing high-quality, progressively stamped components. Punch presses will operate up to 8,400 strokes per hour. With these Punch Presses equiped with coil-fed equipment, controls, and die sensors, our press operators are immediately alerted of potential malfunctions within the tooling.
Most of our Mechanical Presses are coil-fed presses. We can feed up to .375" thick x 18" wide.
