For stamping medium to long run parts, the ideal metal stamping approach is to produce the parts as progressive stampings. Progressive Stamping is a method of precision metal forming. A progressive stamp process produces an exacting metal component at an economical unit price.
Most of our Mechanical Presses are coil-fed presses.
We can feed up to
.375" thick x 18" wide.
Our Press Room has presses ranging from 32 ton to 800 ton, which are capable of producing high-quality, progressively stamped components.
Punch presses will operate up to 8,400 strokes per hour. To keep our Punch Presses productive, they are integrated with coil-fed equipment, controls and die sensors, which would immediately alert our press operators of potential malfunctions within the tooling.
