Our metal stampings are produced from a wide spectrum of materials, which include cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, and high strength materials. We also work with materials that range in thickness from .005" up to 14MM and configurations that range from the simplest of designs to complex in nature. These varying factors contribute to the selection of our numerous punch presses for production.

Press capacities range from 32 ton to 800 ton Mechanical Presses and from 500 ton to 1000 ton Hydraulic Presses giving us flexibility to choose the most appropriate piece of equipment for your specific application. [ See Full Equipment List ]

To provide a completed product to our customers, we also perform a variety of secondary operations to supplement our production stamping equipment. Our other metalworking services include MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Resistance Welding, along with deburring operations, machining, drilling, countersinking, hardware insertion, and assembly.
